Founder & CEO
Duanne Gilmore is an experienced capital projects / infrastructure delivery specialist with over 25 years of experience in the design, construction, and management of complex capital projects. He has a proven track record of success in delivering complex projects on time and on budget, and he is known for his strong leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to quality.

Duanne has worked on a wide range of projects, including airports, highways, bridges, tunnels and master planned developments. He has also held senior positions at several major engineering, entertainment and tech firms.

Duanne is a passionate advocate for sustainable infrastructure, and he is committed to using his skills and experience to help build a more resilient and sustainable future. He is a natural influencer and brings fresh air and innovation to every project he is involved in.

In his spare time, Duanne enjoys spending time with his family, swimming, biking, and traveling. He is also an avid reader and enjoys learning about art, music and history.
